Order Processing

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is on the way!

Order Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping and are typically delivered within 3-4 days. If you need something sooner we recommend paying for expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail which is typically delivered in 1-2 days.

Standard shipping is included for orders over $75 USD.

Order Tracking

You can find tracking information for your order by logging into your account and viewing your order. You will also receive tracking information via email.

Order Pickup at our Store

If you'd prefer you can pick up your order at our store in Edina, Minnesota. To do so please use the following steps.

• Choose "Pickup in Store" during checkout
• After receiving your order confirmation email, contact us at info@shopinthecity.com to schedule your pickup time.

International Shipping

At this time we only offer shipping within the United States.
